Trumphant Evening for Cure Leukaemia Hilton Ball

A Victorian Christmas was the theme at the Hilton Metropole for the annual Cure Leukaemia Christmas Ball. The vent raised over £50,000 on the evening and proved to be a huge achievement. The evening consisted of three course meal, live music from Gilev Band, A Live Auction featuring many fantastic items such as "Brand New You" donated by MLM Media Clients; Style and Tone and Skin Deep. A Gorgeous Designer Black Dress was also donated by Tom Vlachioties fashion designer who is represented by MLM Media. Goody Bags were commisioned by MLM Media, and included some great sponsored items such as Nephira, Harley Street Cosmetics, Bellapierre, Lypsyl, Galceau, Surgicare, Skin Deep and Style ad Tone. MLM also donated a luxury hamper for heads and tails. The Ball takes place yearly and interested sponsors for auction items, goody bags, prizes and more can contact MLM Media for the 2009 Ball which is set to be a truly glamorous affair, with a possible theme of Diamonds and Pearls.

 

Champagne and Shopping for Atelier Spa & Salon - 1st Anniversary

Antonia Mariconda attended the Atelier Salon and Spa 1st Anniversary bash this month with a fantastic evening of fashion, jewellery and beauty. The evening was a real success and featured Skin Deeps Dr. Marco La Malfa demonstrating Botox and Restylane injections, supporting Skin Deep was also Restylane's very own Polly Clements who on hand showcasing a presentation on the benefits of Restylane.

Rachel from Jan Marini was also lending her expertise and offering ques of ladies free hand peels including TV Actress Gillian Taylforth fresh from Strictly Come Dancing. Champagne flowed all evening, as well as delicious sushi, raffle's and plenty more. The evening was a great success. Owners and founders of Atelier Lorraine and Karen were "really pleased the evening was such a great success" MLM Media congratulate Atelier and wish them a continued success. MLM Media represent the Marketing of Skin Deep.

MLM Media Organises Karen Millen Visit to Cure Leukaemia Centre of Excellence for Teens Unite

Karen Millen, one of the most famous and iconic names in British Fashion paid a personal visit to Cure Leukaemia headquarters based at The Centre for Clinical Heamotology which is located within the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

Karen Millen and her close friend Debbie Pezzani founded their own inspiring charity in 2007 called Teens Unite Fighting Cancer, www.teensunite fightingcancer.org


Karen Millen and Debbie Pezzani are raising money to build the first dedicated Respite Home for teenagers with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses in the UK, and the visit to the Centre of Excellence in Birmingham provided them with some idea's and inspiration for their fantastic and worthwhile project. Antonia Mariconda and MLM Media were delighted to organise the tour of the centre of excellence, and the private lunch held after at Edmunds Fine Dining, in Brindley Place.

Acclaimed consultant plastic surgeon Professor James Frame is director of the aesthetic plastic surgery practice at Springfield Hospital, Essex. As a consultant plastic surgeon, he specialises in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery after cancer therapy or traumatic injury, including burns.

He is also Professor of aesthetic plastic surgery at the university's faculty of health and social care, based in Chelmsford.

Professor Frame has assigned MLM Media to create various marketing products for a number of personal, academic and business projects.

Motivational WorkshopsMLM Media - Antonia Mariconda and Teens Unite develop Motivational Workshops Project

Antonia Mariconda and her team at MLM Media are developing the concept of Motivational Workshops for Karen Millen and Debbie Pezzani's Charity Teens Unite, The workshops will be held monthly at a North London/Hertfordshire location and serve to inspire, educate and inform teens with debilitating illnesses about how to re-integrate back into normal life, sports, activities, and future aspirations. The Workshops will have expert presenters, speakers, and celebrity guest appearances, the first pilot workshop is due to kick off in January 2009. Sponsors who wish to donate goodie bag items, or advertise in the marketing literature of the motivational workshops are invited to submit idea's and products, A large publicity campaign has also been devised to generate press coverage for the motivational workshops, set to be of the first schemes of it's kind in the UK,  a youth orientated charity.
